Other things you should know…

A non-refundable $100 deposit for standard parties and after hours functions is required to confirm your booking, and must be paid the day of the booking.
A confirmation email including your digital invitations will be issued once deposit is paid.
Full payment is required at the beginning of the party, sorry no personal cheques.
No food or drinks to be brought into the Playland. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
We do cater for dietary needs including: Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Egg Free, Vegetarian and Vegan.
No responsibility is taken for lost or stolen property.
All patrons are required to wear socks on the play equipment.
No cakes, balloons, decorations or tableware are allowed to be brought into the Playland unless you have a pre-booked party in a party rooms. Children’s birthday cake only (nut free please!)
Children under 4 year old must ride the car ride with an adult.
Over harnessed rockwall is suitable for children over four year old.
No sticky tape, blu-tak, glitter, confetti or pinatas to be brought into the centre.
